Peer-Review Process

The conference follows a rigorous and transparent peer-review process to ensure the quality and integrity of all accepted papers.

  • Submission Platform: All manuscripts will be submitted and managed through Microsoft CMT. Reviewer feedback and recommendations will be shared with the Track Chair through the system, following the standard evaluation workflow.
  • Eligibility: Only complete and properly formatted manuscripts will be considered for review. Submissions failing to meet the formatting or length guidelines may be desk-rejected without review.
  • Review Assignment: Each submission will be evaluated by at least three independent reviewers, with no paper receiving more than five detailed reviews.
  • Review Type: The conference adopts a double-blind peer-review process.
  • Reviewer Expertise: Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the paper’s subject area to ensure balanced and fair evaluation.
  • Evaluation Criteria:
    • Quality and relevance of research
    • Originality and novelty of the contribution
    • Technical depth, rigour, and correctness
    • Clarity, coherence, and presentation quality
    • Significance of results and potential impact on the field

Final decisions will be made by the Track Chair, taking into account the reviewers’ recommendations and the overall balance of the conference program.

By submitting a paper, authors affirm their commitment to uphold the highest standards of research ethics and scholarly integrity.
